Oncospark is hiring experienced AR Analysts to support its US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling accounts receivable activities, denial management, appeals processing, insurance follow-ups, and reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) documents.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the complete revenue cycle management process and be capable of managing AR activities efficiently. The role requires individuals who can analyze denied claims, prepare appeals, coordinate with insurance providers, and ensure timely claim resolution while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
