Job Description
Med-Metrix is hiring experienced AR Callers for its US healthcare operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling accounts receivable activities, communicating with insurance providers, tracking claim status, resolving payment-related issues, and supporting healthcare billing processes.
The role requires candidates with knowledge of physician billing, hospital billing, medical claims processing, and denial management. Candidates should be comfortable working in a US healthcare BPO environment and handling outbound communication with payers and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform AR calling activities for US healthcare accounts.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments.
- Verify claim status and resolve payment-related issues.
- Handle denials, appeals, and rejection management processes.
- Work on physician billing and hospital billing accounts.
