Key Responsibilities

- Manage requests and tickets through the ESS Service Portal (Service Now) according to best practices.
- Follow Quality Assurance policies by filing deliverables and correspondence in Microsoft Teams folders.
- Adhere to Deloitte UK Travel & Expenses policy.
- Update service documentation and training manuals (SOPs, Process Maps, SIPOCs).
- Act as out-of-office alternative contact for senior directors.
- Build strong relationships with key client EAs, partners, directors, and staff.
- Provide coverage during holidays and sickness periods.
- Handle ad hoc projects/tasks for senior directors and associate partners.
