Job Description

enGen Global is hiring fresh candidates for the role of Non-Tech Fresher (Apprentice) within its Human Resource Shared Services (HRSS) team. The role involves providing first-level HR support to employees, managers, retirees, and pre-hires by responding to queries through multiple communication channels.

Selected candidates will assist in handling HR-related requests received through phone, email, and chat while ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution. The role also includes updating case management systems, maintaining service quality, and using internal knowledge resources to resolve employee queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities
